This was our debut for UKC. Mia competed in both rally OB and OB, total of 4
trials each. While she excelled in rally OB receiving her first RO1 title, she did not
perform well in OB. Some being handler errors, not being very familiar with the
UKC rules; so note to self read the rules and regulations before entering the
event. A not so confident down and stay for the honor dog, but the group cheered us
on the last trial, since Mia finally cleared the jump and came front. So no novice leg for her, this time around. Homework assignment: practice, practice and more practice.
Frankie our Jack Russel Terrier also made her UKC debut in Rally OB with a
qualifying score and receiving her first leg.
